An detached 19th century former coach house, this beautiful little cottage lies in a secluded, secret position behind the other houses in Lake Road, next to the beck.

Beside it lies a lovely little walled garden with fell views, and it has a further lawned beckside garden. A new beckside fence has recently been installed but we recommend that children and pets should be supervised due to the proximity to the stream.

|We stayed At the Secret cottage for our second anniversary. We have stayed in a number of the Coppermines property's over the years and just like all the others this one didn't disappoint. Superb location and aptly named "SECRET cottage" was exactly what it was, right in the village centre but hidden away with cracking views , private garden, dog friendly and a lovely short walk from the lakeside.|

We have two small dogs and they are made welcome both at the Cottage the surrounding establishments. Already looking forward to the next visit.|
