- Central village property
- Perfect for families
- Ramp access
Conveniently located for the village centre, the lake and footpaths into the surrounding fells, Red Dell (or Rotes Tal as it says by the door) is a modern detached single storey cottage set back from Lake Road. There's a private drive with plenty of room for parking. A shallow ramped path leads up to the front door.
The living room has an open fire set in a stone hearth, with a three-piece suite surrounding it. French doors lead out to a terrace and lawned garden, with glorious mountain views yet still offering privacy. The garden is an excellent asset for keeping children entertained or for just the spot for putting your feet up, relaxing and enjoying the scenery.
There's a fully fitted kitchen with dining space for five, and a laundry room adjacent. The cottage has three bedrooms with the master bedroom looking out onto the garden. The bathroom has many usefully positioned handles and grips to help with support and access. The cottage is cosy and comfortable and ideal for older visitors or small families.

|Brilliant location, great for people with dogs. The shops are just around the corner so are the pubs, the garage and the fish and chip shop. There is a lovely walk from the cottage down to the Lake, which was ideal for our elderly dogs. Very clean and well equipped.
