- Central village location
- Beck side property
- Perfect for couples and families
Beautifully set, alongside Church Beck, this lovely, deceptively spacious, little cottage has been lovingly refurbished by its owners, Janine and Tom, in December 2013.
It's very close to the village centre, but hidden away down a private lane, away from the hustle and bustle, and has a small enclosed garden patio/sitting out area.
The cottage which has a mixture of tile and natural oak floors, with carpeted bedrooms, has a large back porch very suitable for storing and cleaning bicycles and outdoor gear.
Customer notice: Please note that from 9th January 2017 a housing development will be taking place at the rear of the property.
Only one smaller single bedroom, and bathroom overlooks this development with all the other rooms looking towards the beck and garden.
There is also an outside building and wall situated between part of the house and garden and the development area.
No construction traffic will travel past the front of the house.
We are advised that these works will have a minimal impact on the enjoyment of the property.
A 25% discount is offered for bookings from 9th January 2017 - 31st August 2017 due to the neighbouring developments works at St Andrews situated behind the cottage.
Please note that all bookings for stays during this period have been discounted to account for any inconvenience caused by the works. All bookings must also agree to a disclaimer upon confirmation.

|This cottage is great - has plenty of room, is dog friendly (although there are no doors stopping dogs from going upstairs). The beds are comfy, the bathrooms are excellent and the kitchen has everything you need. We would definitely stay here again - it's so close to pubs, shops and stunning walks.|
