Clemmies is a modern single storey cottage in a quiet cul-de-sac off Lake Road, only 10 minutes walk from Lake Coniston and 5 minutes from the village center, its five pubs and numerous small shops and restaurants. Grizedale Forest and The Old Man of Coniston are also only a short walk away making the property ideal for walkers, mountain bikers and boat enthusiasts or for those who simply want to relax and unwind.
The Cottage was fully renovated in 2013 to provide comfortable modern living accommodation with 3 ensuite double bedrooms.The cosy living/dining room has a log burner and large comfy sofas on which to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the Old Man over the secluded private rear garden.
To the front of the property is a private drive which can easily accommodate two cars or a car and boat trailer. There is also access from the driveway to a small secure garage, perfect for storing your mountain bikes and the like, and it comes with the benefit of a hot and cold bike/dog wash just inside the garage doors.

Bed 1 Double Four Poster with ensuite shower room.
Bed 2 King size bed or two single beds with ensuite shower room.
Bed 3 King size bed or two single beds with ensuite (Jack and Jill) bathroom.
Attractive front garden and secluded beautiful rear garden, with garden furniture. Bike storage and bike/ dog wash.
Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels & an initial bag of logs for the fire
